SimArchitect.com cannot garauntee that any of it's downloadable files are guarenteed to work.

Any work submitted by a user is property of that user. That property can be removed and modified on request of the submitter. Screenshots, links, press releases, articles and other related materials are also covered under this act.

Any textual submission by the user will become property of SimArchitect.com. This will include your name as credit, as indicated by the user submission form. SimArchitect.com has no obligiation to edit, modify or remove these submissions, other then removing or modifying an electronic email address.

All decisions made by SimArchitect.com in regards to what submissions are posted are final, unless reviewed by the webmaster and two random staffers. SimArchitect.com will offer possible ways to fix the rejected submission, but will not accept the same submission twice; it must be modified to have been fixed from the previous error.

The SimArchitect.com watermark is allowed to be embedded into the screenshots of the file, as is digital encoding allowed to be encoded into the file to prevent copyright theft. If a file standard arises for SimCity files, SimArchitect.com reserves the right to use that standard.

SimArchitect.com does not (knowngly) collect personal statisics from minors under the age of 13, under the COPPA (Children Online Protection Privacy Act). If it is made known to SimArchitect.com that it has a file submission within it's databases that belongs to a minor, then with regards to COPPA, that file sumbission and all accompyning media (text/files/other medimum) will be deleted off the databases. If you would like to contunie to submit files and other media to SimArchitect.com then you will be asked to provide an alias with a parental guardian's email address, as to provide with SimArchitect.com's policies.

SimArchitect.com cannot be held responsible for any possible destruction that is caused from downloadable media, or from viewing the site itself. Any and all steps will be taken to prevent security flaws, but if they do happen, SimArchitect.com cannot be held responsible.
